This also made me realise, that I've been drinking cupfuls of it every day since the holidays without realising. I'd unconsciously end up in front of the kettle and pour myself a massive cup of green tea then one hour later I'm boiling water again for my fifth cup of antioxidants. Which then leads me to going to the toilet at least four times hourly and my dad questioning me if I have problems or someshit LOL 

Another thought on my mind

These days I spend the majority of my day worrying about school and how I won't catch up and by the end of the day when I go to bed I realise I have not done any work at all and times like these I wished that if I knew I was going to spend the day not doing work, I wouldn't have wasted it on worrying but actually procrastinating on something that would have at least made my day ten times better.
