Two days ago:- Went to brother's house for dinner aka traditional curry and can I say idc if it's traditional or not but I prefer 'fake' butter chicken and lamb korma :( Traditional curry is actually a lot more sour but that restaurant in Surry Hills is always crowded so I guess many people enjoy traditional curry? Their garlic and cheese naan's we're beautiful (best naan I have ever tasted)
- Since my brother went Japan recently, I obviously asked him to bring me home candy/sweets c:
- 'Secret box', finally figured the 12 steps to open it hehehe (loljks made my brother demonstrate 3 times)
- Royce chocolate which is famous in Japan
- Green tea green tea white chocolate white chocolate green tea bubble gum overload!
- The 60g for $7 passionfruit puree marshmallows which expired (but I still ate it anyway and they were supeeeerb. Pascal marshmallow's ain't got no shit on Japanese marshmallows)
- Because I can, squid from today
- Mochi mochi mochi mochi mochi
- The 'black egg' Hello Kitty- my brother went to the sulfur springs (which smelt like absolute crap) and it's famous for boiling its eggs in the springs- when the sulfur reacts with the egg shells it turns black?? He also told me how his tour guide was pree funny, "Eat one egg, live 7 years longer. Eat two eggs, live 14 years longer. Eat 3 eggs, stomach ache. HAHA
- And those were the beautiful marshmallows
Just then (aka 5:40pm) Mary came to visit (to hand over brother's apartment keys) and she also stayed for a chat about my progress at school. Mary herself is a school counsellor and if you add on her experiences with HSC as well, it makes you feel relieved for a while, even if it's just for 5 minutes.
- I need to make use of any spare time I have
- Priorities: study
- Find the right setting
