So a friend of mine has an English assessment tomorrow and she says she's screwed? What I don't understand is that she received her notification pretty fucking early and while I was pissing myself about English earlier this week she knew she would have to study as well but she didn't anyway? (I mean seeing the state I was in anyone would have taken the incentive that preparing earlier is always the safer bet) And now she comes to me going like 'I'm fucking screwed'...... then why didn't you study earlier? And she tells me all that?
- I'm not comprehending her logic
- If you have given up on English, why do you still go tutor, why do you still bother stressing about it?
- If you know you've failed your previous assessments, then why don't you try harder in order to pass them instead?
- It's not all for nothing if you get a decent mark back
No idea how I'm going to responding (as you can see from the 'ehhhh') because it's probably going to irritate me more, someone who has a chance and opportunity to change and do well for HSC doesn't take it and instead stresses about stressing about it instead of studying more.
