What do you do to relax?- Mindfulness exercises
- Sleep
- Listen to chillstep
I don't know why, but every since god knows when, chillstep is my number one resort for relaxation. Okay I'm going to narrow it down to Blackmill, I absolutely love Blackmill. No matter how many times it's been on repeat for the past few years, whether it's during study (it's also really good study music) or just to relax the mind, I've never gotten sick of Blackmill and I don't think I ever will anyway haha.
If anyone is ever stressed or can't manage the thoughts in their mind, try mindfulness meditation. I've been doing it for the entire day because I've had so many things on my mind and it just frustrated me so much but spending a good 15 minutes paying attention to my senses and accepting any thoughts lightened my mood and helped me relax alot. Mary suggested a particular Youtube video that she recommended for mindfulness but I can't find my phone right now but when it does decide to come out of its hiding I'll link again.
If all fails sleep... or listen to chillstep in the background while doing mindfulness meditation and gradually fall asleep :-)
