Cumin lamb with three different types of lamb. People think I study when I don't go school, instead I procrastinate by cooking (which ends up taking a few hours because shit just doesn't seem to be as easy as it looks you know). Iron chef material here

Brother's early birthday dinner, but it ended up with him giving me gifts instead (from his business trip to Japan). Passion fruit flavoured cake from Savoy (as of my request haha) and as usual it was delish. I think I like cakes from Savoy because their layers are moist, as in like you can taste the watery texture in the cake? Idk if that makes sense but I have a theory that they inject some kind of liquid into the cake layers just so it doesnt become dry HAHA. But yeah you gotta taste it yourself to see what I mean.

He also came across the first volume in Naruto, thought it was pree cool so he bought it for me. Then we realised it was in English. It's funny though because in Australia, you pay more for manga if it's in Japanese and less if it's English subtitled but in Japan, it's crazy cheap if it's in Japanese but if you want manga in English, the price is doubled. Like dafuq.

0.4mm pens???!!! I didn't even know they existed, good on you Japan. But yeah, I asked him to bring me pens but because of his tight schedule, he could only go shopping at the airport but holy shit these pens are expensive man. And guise don't just take of the two zero's at the end and be like, 'Oh so it's $11'. Japanese yen isn't worth that much anymore so it's probably $12+ instead. The 690 on the left is actually erasable!! I mean yeah you can find it in Coles  and stuff but the rubber for these pens is so cool, it's clear and whenever I use it to rub any 'purposely made mistakes' (just to use the rubber omfg) the clear thing doesn't get any smaller? Like woaah black magic. But then I can't use normal rubbers to rub out the ink (like the pens in Aus can) so maybe this is some dark arts ya noe. And the ones on the right are too pretty to use.

But holy shit Pilot is still pree expensive in Japan (or maybe because they were the special pens compared to normal ones ehehehe). He also brought me a massive box of mochi YES YES YES And so far so good. I was contemplating on taking it to Jap class but this stuff is so good so I'm keeping it for myself.

Yesterday, last official English lesson as 'girls'. There's one lesson next week but it'll be complete bludge and it's Tranny Tuesday so we won't be our own genders LOL (I'm actually lurking around Cindy's back for some reason but idk why)

Believe it or not but I've been friends with these two beauties for over ten years ^_________^
(and guise the beauty with the onion sprout hairstyle is our vice captain)

Nice day yesterday, too bad I spent it on worrying

I decided to empty my Narita airport bag (from my Kizuna trip) and I found these freebies which I took from restaurants n daht LOL. The pink and green ones (furikake) is rice seasoning, like you sprinkle it on top of your rice and I tried it the other day and yeah I don't like it LOL so if anyone wants any I still have around 5-6 left. During my host stay, Jane's family and I went to okonomiyaki and they had a drink buffet as well and tea was one of their options. They had 5000 different flavours and being the excited tourists we were, we grabbed 500 LOL. Our host mothers just laughed at us and told us that we should calm down with the freebies. I tried the apple tea the other day and it wasn't that great so I don't know if I'll be finishing them any time soon.

If you can see amongst the piles of colour, there's this silver/green packet in the middle and they were the green tea sachets from hotels and hoLY SHIT THIS STUFF TASTES AWESOME. It's not too bitter but it still has the authentic green tea taste (unlike the sachets you can buy at Coles) and I regret not taking more crey (they were smaller/less appealing than these colourful bags of magic).
