Had a normal day at uni and then headed to Hurricane's for dinner!
Ordered beef ribs to share (with 2x mushroom sauce because we phet) and as usual, squid as an entree.
(No photos because I couldn't focus on anything crey)
With food babies, we decided to stroll around and we ended up sitting by the harbour for quite some time. It's been a while since we've done this so it felt like I was reminiscing in a way? We took a few silly snaps, wowed at the amount of fish below us and tried to "fish" with what we could find (I think Dan has some obsession with fishing, but doesn't like the idea of traditional fishing?? Like in Japan we would fish at these man-made locations within a shopping centre or something but Dan doesn't like the idea of actually fishing because apparently it's boring and takes too long.)
I hate how they constructed that big ass white building which blocks half the view of the Harbour - who even suggested it in the first place? Makes my morning walks to the station 50 times less interesting because all I'm seeing is this elongated white brick. Also decreases half the seats available along the Harbour crey.
Even though we spent it like any other day, it still felt quite amazing to be with someone for an entire year.
